I have a 2004 300m... suddenly every light on dash board came on...car still runs but didn't shift out of second when going forward... other than that it runs fine...is this the ecm???

Transmission speed sensors. Plenty info on the forum regarding this issue. When replacing use only OEM Mopar parts... as me how I know....lol

My first thought would be a bad or low voltage battery. Chrysler vehicles love to light up when the voltage is low. Do you have a code reader? If not, head to an AutoZone or Advance, they should read it for free. If they get a code, check back here before buying anything. You could have them load test the battery and check the charging circuit while you are there as well. Good luck.

Ty...the battery is dead so that sounds right... ordered the sensor from Chrysler the had move in stock...

2004, likely the solenoid pack and/or the valve body causing the limp home mode. Have the codes read after the battery is changed.
