Might have to find a way to tell the computer to ignore the downstream O2 sensor, as it would be freaking out about how dirty the air coming out would be. And may be illegal for emission reasons. If your looking for exhaust sound there are several cheaper and probably easier ways to do it.

with a stock exhaust, essentially no difference with/without cat.

you can get the parts to make an 02 sensor simulator, or you can buy one premade. when I gutted and then removed my cat all together on the jeep I just bought an 02 sensor simulator, basically, it throws out an alternating wave link to fool the computer to think its got a good O2 sensor.

cheaper way - the spacer.
it is screwed in place of the oxygen sensor, and the sensor is screwed into it. it have a small hole that pass not so much oxygen, so computer thinks, that all is ok.
