2007 All Chrysler Nationals July 6-8 2007

Come one come all to the biggest Meet of the year and it is just around the corner. Don't waste any more time and get your reservations made. There is something for every member of the family.
I am throwing out another challenge this year to all members. We have had great attendance in past years and I think 2007 will be the best yet. So here it is, I would like to see at least 50 members or more attend in 2007.

Hotel Reservations: Best Western Capital Plaza in Harrisburg once again has been selected as our Hotel for the 2007 All Chrysler Nationals in Carlisle PA. July 6-8. This year we have one block for both clubs. Please include your Club when you add yourself to the list at the end of this thread.

Days in block: Thursday 7-5, Friday 7-6 and Saturday 7-7
Rate: $75 +tax per night (2 night minimum and rate is for 1 - 4 persons. $8 each additional person)
Reservations Deadline: June 21, 2007
Weekend BBQ Details:This year we plan on adding a few things to improve the menu over last year. The cost this year is as follows
Pre-Paid; $15 per person
Children under 10 $8.00
At the Fairgrounds: $20 per person
Children under 10 $10.00
This is a little more then last year to cover the price increase's in food and beverage items along with more side dishes and new items as well. Also for those that don't know the $15 or $20 covers Breakfast and Lunch for Friday, Saturday and Sunday as well as Soft Drinks and Bottled water. We will not supply any Beer so BYOB.
