Unfortunately, today we had to remove several members from the "Carster of the Month" contest due to violations of the contest rules.

We here at Carster have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy regarding fraudulent voting, and any member(s) attempting to manipulate the "Carster of the Month" results will be removed from participation in any and all present and future Carster contests and promotions.

Carster contests are developed to create a sense of excitement and community for all members who register, and we have plans for many more contests, promotions and community gatherings. Unbelievable that people were cheating. I guess we all got the e-mail from Carster mentioning that some people have been banned from Carster of the Month - I immediately checked Racerette...!

I can't quite figure out how they were doing it, since registering for Carster was a minor pain in the rear, what with having to post pictures and have a valid e-mail address. Seems like a lot of time would be involved, but maybe there was some simple way for web-savvy folks.

Great deal that they recognized the problem and dealt with it. Honesty usually pays off more in the end, so GO EZ!!! You da man!

Maybe maybe not, I don't log into carster everyday but whenever I stopped by to see how EZ was doing I'd check on those top 2 people and the girl was either online now or just online in the past 10-15minutes. I can't remember if the guy was living on carster too.

this won't be a cakewalk---the Subaru dude in 2nd place was carster of the week last week and got about 80 votes. And I see more and more Subarus registering their cars on Carster.

Sure could use a few more 300Mers here to sign up at Carsters and give me your support.

The battle lines are drawn. It's me against a Subaru. Are we gonna let a Subaru beat out a 300M. I say NO WAY! With your support , we can take it again!

that Integra dude was disqualified a few days ago. It appears that Ryan must have checked into those who voted for him and for some reason, he must have requalified him. Unless it's a glitch of some sort. I sent Ryan an email and haven't heard back yet. Now I need like 55 votes---not good.

Well---it doesn't look too good at this point as I'm out of first place by 86 votes. Guess that Integra dude got a lot of friends and relatives to vote for him.

I may be in 2nd place behind that Integra Dude---but if I'm gonna go down, I want to go down with dignity and at least catch 200 votes and remain in 2nd place. At least I helped give this club and the 300M some good exposure. Now at least many members of Carster know what a 300M is really like.


So please throw me your vote this week. Actually there are 2 weeks left that I could gets votes as the last day of the month is on a Monday. So if I got 70 votes per week (as I got last week), I could get 140 more by the end of the contest.

Making 2nd place on Carster is quite an accomplishment as there are over 1200 cars on Carster now. And I want to thank both the 300M club and the Intrepid club for supporting me. I also want to thank my campaign manager, Kumiyer, for all his help in my run.
